Ram Products started with a simple premise – Parts are just parts until you need them; then they become invaluable.
At Ram Products, the concept is simple. First, stock quality repair and maintenance parts on a truck so they are available for immediate delivery. Second, give the customer an honest, reliable sales representative that will consider the opportunity to service their business a real privilege. The first part of the concept is not a new one. It’s the second part that is very rare in our industry.
Since 1987, Ram Products has been helping folks with procurement and inventory management. In a modern world of high-tech solutions, that places less and less emphasis on customer service, Ram Products continues to thrive by simply taking care of people. We continue to look for new ways to raise our level of service. It’s been the key to our success from the beginning.
Located in Grand Prairie, Texas, Ram Products remains a privately held and proudly independent company. The owners of Ram Products are actively involved in the daily management of the company and are free to make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer.
